while also working closely with other key members of the team.

The Paediatric Physiotherapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment and management of a varied Paediatric musculoskeletal and neurodevelopmental conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Angelman's Syndrome, DDH, Talipes, Torticollis and Plagiocephaly.

This Role is a rare opportunity to learn about Paediatric Physiotherapy from an Expert Paediatric Physiotherapist. It includes an Initial 6 week Intensive Induction Training for the successful applicant and ongoing support will be provided to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.

What you need for this position is :

  • ​Bring your A Game to the Team each day 
  • Great communications skills and ability to communicate with parents and families is essential. Experience with handling babies and children is an advantage, otherwise an ability to build rapport with babies and children.
  • Participation in Key Performance Activities including team meetings and accountability meetings directly to Senior Physiotherapist.
  • Participation in daily Client planning, weekly Team meetings, weekly Professional Development, 6 weekly Career Pathway Planning, Quarterly Leadership Workshops and Annual Business Growth Planning Days.
  •  Contribute to Social Media and Marketing Content to educate and support our community of followers.
